CC Camporee 2026

Chesapeake Conference Camporee

The Camporee is almost here! As we make our final preparations, please take a few minutes to review the information below and complete the remaining items for your family.

Dates: September 24–27, 2026
Location: Mt. Aetna Camp & Retreat Center

Departure: Thursday, September 24. Meet at Triadelphia at 4:00 PM;. We will need to load all of our camping gear before departure, so please come ready to help with loading!

Return: Sunday, September 27. We expect to arrive back at Triadelphia around 4 PM. Please plan to stay and help us unload and store the club gear in the shed before heading home.

Before Camporee - Please Complete:

1. Event Forms (see below)
Please complete and return to us the Parental Permission Slip and Media Release Form for each Pathfinder.

2. Food Sign-Up
Every family attending Camporee should complete the food sign-up so we can finalize our menu and purchase the remaining supplies.

When signing up, please keep your party size in mind. We are feeding a large group for 7 meals:

• Friday — breakfast, lunch & dinner

• Sabbath — breakfast, lunch & dinner

• Sunday — breakfast

Thursday dinner: We will order pizza and divide the cost among those present.

Sunday lunch: Each camper/family can purchase their own lunch from the food vendors, so please bring cash.
