Teen Leadership Training (TLT)

The Teen Leadership Training (TLT) program at Triadelphia Sparks is designed specifically for our high-school Pathfinders. It gives our older Pathfinders an opportunity to take the next step in their Pathfinder journey—from simply participating in the club to becoming young leaders.

Leadership in Action

Our TLTs work alongside Pathfinder staff and take an active role in the club. They mentor and help younger Pathfinders, assist with honors and activities, participate in camping trips and events, and gradually take on greater responsibilities.

TLTs aren't simply junior staff, though! They continue to be Pathfinders themselves and have activities, training, fellowship, and experiences specifically for their age group.

More Than Our Local Club

Being a TLT also connects our high schoolers with the larger Adventist youth community. TLTs are encouraged to participate in Chesapeake Conference youth programs, including GenNow, as well as retreats, service opportunities, leadership experiences, and other youth events.

Through these experiences, we want our TLTs to develop leadership, responsibility, confidence, friendship, faith, and a heart for service—skills that extend far beyond Pathfinder Club.
